We are looking for a Service Advisor who has experience in retail, customer service, and servicing, to join a small team in our local call centre to sell and advise service products and repair work.

Requirements: • Must have a general understanding of motor vehicles • Excellent customer service • The ability to relay service information in a clear and professional manner • The ability to maximise sales through knowledge and good technique • Contact customers to update them on progress of work • Receive customer payments and pay suppliers • Basic computer knowledge is required - to be able to use search tools, browsers, email, Microsoft Word and Excel • Training will be provided to use the in house database, but must be a quick learner Immediate start, Starting Salary £6.50. Average hours 20 / week. There will be an opportunity to progress into a full time position which will be available within the next few months.
